The Halloween event is a special event that was released during the beta test of the Godus v2.3
Changes to the game[ | ]
The Halloween event is an entirely cosmetic change to the game, changing the appearance of the landscape and your followers.
Followers will start to wear spooky masks, and the landscape will be changed to a more purple and orange colour pallet.
Spooky Shores[ | ]
During this event a new voyage will be unlocked at the Voyage of Discovery called Spooky Shores.
This voyage is different from previous voyages as unlocking rewards are determined by your total score of the entire voyage rather than completing one expedition.
Also the amount of Followers for each expedition will always be 5.
There is no longer a timer you must finish the expedition by, you now have as much time as you would like to complete the voyage.
However the faster you get your followers to the temple the higher score you will get from that follower, which will help unlock rewards quicker.

Unlocking this card will change all of your Miner's

To celebrate Halloween, Farmers replace their usual crop of Wheat with spooky Pumpkins.
This is the final reward to be unlocked, at 500,000 points.
Unlocking this card will change all of your Farmers Wheat fields 
into pumpkin patches.
Farmers will harvest bright orange pumpkins.
